"After more than 15 years of investigation and two trials, the Holy Land Foundation and five of its former organizers were found guilty of illegally funneling more than $12 million to the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas....Guilty verdicts were read on 108 separate charges."

And now, in a decision made earlier this week, two of the principals of the Holy Land Foundation will "spend the rest of their lives in behind bars..." ---

"The government acknowledged that the former Richardson organization, once the largest Muslim charity in the U.S., did provide aid to Palestinians. But the evidence showed that they sent money to Palestinian charity offices controlled by Hamas. U.S. law prohibits any aid, even humanitarian, going to any designated terrorist group.

Hamas, the evidence showed during trial, parlayed that aid into support for its violent agenda to destroy Israel. That included funneling aid to family members of suicide bombers, ensuring a steady stream of new suicide recruits, testimony showed."

Well done, my American friends.

Now we know why George Galloway will never set foot in Canada, since we too have the same law on our books. Giving money to a terrorist organization, no matter how many ribbons and bows and buckets of disinformation you wrap it in, is against the law.
