A stubble jumper is a prairie farmer. I'm from Saskatchewan and my dad was a farmer, so the name is apt. "Redneck" needs no explanation. It's anyone who disagrees with a lunatic leftie. My blog is mostly about the Middle East but other issues also catch my eye and get me going. I monitor comments to keep out trolls and lunatic lefties. Anyone who is zealously anti-American and anti-democracy in the Middle East is NOT welcome.

(Heavy sigh) Some day again, the Stanley Cup will be a contest between the Leafs and the Habs. Do you not agree that playing hockey in Florida in May is perverted? It goes against the natural order of things. Places like Chicago, or Detroit or Boston are okay, cause they know at least know what winter is.

It certainly is. Sunbelt & Hockey are unnatural. Hockey should be only played in areas where they get 4 seasons and it's played in W-I-N-T-E-R, damnit! :-)
Just like with baseball, foisting aluminum bats on kids playing ball, for Gawd's sake! And helmets! I grew up playing baseball with my genuine hickory Louisville Slugger bat and NO helmet! Neither while playing ball nor riding my red Raleigh bicycle!
