I Only Disagree With...
...a small part of this:
Everyone seems to assume the victims are entirely innocent. We don't know that. Or at least, I haven't read anything that would suggest beyond a doubt that they were. Both women and children have been used by the Taliban. No one seems to be probing this angle. Not even Sun TV:
Whose to say that this village, or whatever it was, wasn't a locus of Taliban zealotry? Why do Americans, and the West in general, keep doing this to themselves? Remember Dresden? Hiroshima and Nagasaki? Why don't we have the balls to do that today? We've forgotten how wars are won.
