Family lore has it that there is some Dutch somewhere in my genetic history, folks who crossed the Channel at the time of William and Mary. The known family tree only goes back to the 1700s (and includes some drunken sot who was murdered on the way home from the pub one night).

I am also supposed to be related to the dude who found Dr. Livingston.
